my own private idaho

my male parental unit bought land up in idaho about 2 years ago. He and the

stepmother had just moved to montana the year before, and already didn't like

it...

so, last year, they got it surveyed, got the permits together, and started

construction on a second haus..with the goal of eventually moving from montana

to idaho..

about 6 months, they get a cease and desist order and various legal papers sent

to em.

the realtor and surveyors had the wrong property..

my father was having the haus built on someone elses land

so now they are suing him

it's almost funny......

Southern Idaho is kind of a pit. Northern Idaho is lovely but has much

colder winters.

Surveyors are legally responsible. They are supposed to do a title search

just like the title company. Looks like your dad is going to own a realtor

and surveyor.

not likely

my father has worse luck then i do...

(stick around and you'll eventually see wot i mean...)

who would have thought that bad luck has a genetic precursor.....

I always thought Montana was pretty cool. When I was there the posted

speed limit was " Reasonable. " As far as I'm concerned, 90 is reasonable.

way to redneck to live in

and vegan hell...

a few vegan resturaunts, but...not a ton of stuff....
