Guest guest
my male parental unit bought land up in idaho about 2 years ago. He and the stepmother had just moved to montana the year before, and already didn't like it... so, last year, they got it surveyed, got the permits together, and started construction on a second haus..with the goal of eventually moving from montana to idaho.. about 6 months, they get a cease and desist order and various legal papers sent to em. the realtor and surveyors had the wrong property.. my father was having the haus built on someone elses land so now they are suing him it's almost funny...... fraggle Anna Blaine <anna333 Jun 27, 2005 12:17 PM Re: Re: Storms Southern Idaho is kind of a pit. Guest guest
Surveyors are legally responsible. They are supposed to do a title search just like the title company. Looks like your dad is going to own a realtor and surveyor. Guest guest
I always thought Montana was pretty cool. When I was there the posted speed limit was " Reasonable. " As far as I'm concerned, 90 is reasonable.
