Good Charlotte is playing in the next room but Jewel was on the CD player before that and before that All American Rejects and earlier Fuse was on the TV. I love music and am literally moved by it. It can create and destroy my mood. Each type has a different reaction for me. My fav is Hard and Heavy = Metal, punk, and speed. But not to medidate too. " I change my CD mix everyday - and find my mood, my energy level, and my entire personality shifts from album to album! I associate memories and strong emotions with certain songs. I love how music makes me feel. Today's selections include Aimee Mann, Elvis Costello, Disturbed, Arabic Lounge, and the Donnie Darko soundtrack.
