Guest guest Posted August 7, 2005 Report Share Posted August 7, 2005 YES. I got rid of mine when I stopped drinking coffee (a lot less caffeine) and started taking EFA's. Also a lower fat diet helps. Aria's has tried evening primrose capsules but they caused problems - possible the concentration was too strong and we could try just a few drops in a herbal tea.... Any suggestions?
