OUr winters are warmer with fewer frosts and hardly any snow now (in southern England anyway). The summers aren't generally warmer except for short periods of heatwave weather which is very uncomfortable because of the humidity. They didn't mention the lowest temperature - but 10 is not much fun anyway.
