Guest guest
I reckon it is true - it is not a new theory. I have been aware of it for about four years. THIS THING WAS IN THE NATIONAL NEWS YESTERDAY - (Avian Flu in Siberia, several birds killed !!!) So, it is rather a SUCH A SCARY THING as I have pet birds. This thing came off a pet bird list in my E-Mail Box and looked too much for me to understand. So, I just came here for help/understanding. You might see from my posts, I was into consumerism a lot and ignorant about several issues. Slowly, I am beginning to be aware of several things. Guest guest
I know it is a worry if you have birds. I would have felt the same if I still had my little budgie. I hope the whole avian flu thing doesn't turn out to be as big as the media reckon it will be. I keep remembering SARS and hope this will be the same. I have been interested in conspiracy theories for probably about six years. There are so many. I keep a very open mind because they may or may not be true. Lots of them, logically, do seem to be true. I think once you hae become interested you view everything slightly differently to before. Guest guest
It wasn't about avian flu when I first heard it either - I think it was about AIDS, but basically it is the same theory about keeping the numbers of humans on the Earth at a certain level. Guest guest
its bull pucky there's no such things as an anti-dote.. and, even immunization isn't 100%.... nothing is ever certain when it comes to disease again, while i don't think much is beyond the scope of humanities stupidity, this doesn't make sense and, the whole thing about the dead microbiologists keeps popping up, its been used to show conspiracy for any number of diseases..avian flu is just the latest while someone might be knockin em off to keep their yaps shut, i doubt it very highly it has anything to do with avian flu any time a disease pops up and starts a panic, conspiracy theories are never far behind the facts are, flu is a highly mutatable disease..there are hundreds of different viruses..and they change constantly its only a matter of time til one starts a pandemic and, since viruses(especially flu) mutate so fast, you CAN " T make people immune from it...in 6 months it'll have changed, and yer immunity is worthless rvijay <rvijay07 Aug 21, 2005 1:06 PM Re: Fraggle Your Opinion on Avian Flu Conspiracy pls. , fraggle <EBbrewpunx@e...> wrote: > it would also kill off millions and would kill off those in power as well > much much to random of a weapon Read that site well. Guest guest
no one stays in power if they are dead and, if yer gonna make a disease and have it spread, why start with chickens? if its a flu thats deadly to birds, and you want to wipe out ppl, why not start with pigeons? they live in cities, and no one will notice if the pigeons start dying out fer awhile, if its starts in a domestic fowl population, yer gonna see a disease rather quickly, which is exactly wot happened... its an idiotic way to deliver a weapon and, lets assume its the US that did it...for the reasons you toss out... it doesn't make sense...we want MORE consumers, not less...the whole basis of our economy and increasingly our culture is to consume more and more and more...a wal mart on every corner! why you gonna kill off potential consumers, and those folsk that work fer a whoppin buck a day..... rvijay <rvijay07 Aug 21, 2005 1:09 PM Re: Fraggle Your Opinion on Avian Flu Conspiracy pls. , fraggle <EBbrewpunx@e...> wrote: > nah..doesn't make much sense > it goes back to ..why? > Reduction of Global population mean lesser competition for todays scarce Worlds Natural Resources. Guest guest
we have a whole lot more nuclear bombs then china does and, like i said, using the flu is a pretty dumbass way t oknock off people, unless you want to kill yerself off at the same time..flu's travel around the world in like 60 days if the US was to use a biological weapon, they'd want something that could pinpoint its victims, or had a short lifespan, so that it wouldn't travel very far before it either died out er mutated into harmlessness this is much more a weapon(if it was one) of those who have nuthin to lose its just a viralent version of the flu.. besides, if it was a weapon, why the heck make it attack birds, and only sometimes people? wot, someone got a phobia against budgies? it makes no sense ... rvijay <rvijay07 Aug 21, 2005 1:42 PM Re: Fraggle Your Opinion on Avian Flu Conspiracy pls. , fraggle <EBbrewpunx@e...> wrote: > no one stays in power if they are dead > and, if yer gonna make a disease and have it spread, why start with chickens? if its a flu thats deadly to birds, and you want to wipe out ppl, why not start with pigeons? they live in cities, and no one will notice if the pigeons start dying out fer awhile, > if its starts in a domestic fowl population, yer gonna see a disease rather quickly, which is exactly wot happened... > its an idiotic way to deliver a weapon > and, lets assume its the US that did it...for the reasons you toss out... > it doesn't make sense...we want MORE consumers, not less...the whole basis of our economy and increasingly our culture is to consume more and more and more...a wal mart on every corner! why you gonna kill off potential consumers, and those folsk that work fer a whoppin buck a day..... > If US is going to attack Iran and they fear China will attack them with Nukes, then the US may do this, don't you think ? Guest guest
step back and view the big picture vijay the whole thing makes no sense yer not gonna poison yer own food supply as well... americans love their nasty mcnuggets... wot i said was a plant pathogen can be much easier stopped by continental barriers..(though evnetually in the fast moving mobile society we have they'd be broken as well..) if you infect animals, especially birds, it would be suicide.... the only way yer hypothesis would work is if one country was already at war with another(a shooting war)..cuz then you wouldn't be trading between each other, and u could quarrantine anything that slipped out much easier... rvijay <rvijay07 Aug 21, 2005 2:39 PM Re: Fraggle Your Opinion on Avian Flu Conspiracy pls. , fraggle <EBbrewpunx@e...> wrote: > then why not attack rice... > you can much easier stop a plant disease from hoppin continents then you can an animal disease.... > Not all the world eats rice For eg., Russia.
