Speaking of bands, punk and otherwise, just found out that DH's cousin's son

is in a band, Armor For Sleep. He plays the bass. Don't know what you'd

categorize them as, rock? Fringe metal? Shades of punk?

A good name for a band. Peter used to have a band - metal and melodic rock.

He does play guitar, but was the vocalist. He was also in a choral society

singing requiems, madrigals etc. - one extreme to the other.

Well, Peter, you need to get your hiney to the Best coast of the U.S. <g>

With wide open spaces, no neighbors in seeing distance and a lovely 16 x 60'

deck, we do make a lot of noise here.

Don't need to bring any equipment, we have the keyboards, synthesizer, bass,

drum machine, and several guitars from acoustic (Yamaha) to electric (Peavy

6 string, custom made Moonstone 6 string and a classic Rickenbacher 12

string) plus violins (one my great-uncle made) and a dulcimer (made for me

by my ex-bil). Oh, and lots of mics! I like to hook mine up to the bass

rig (2 12 " and an 18 " ) for a lovely throaty sound!

Hey, Fraggle can come up and be our roadie <<bg>> Well, after I hide the

Harley REALLY well, that is!

Jam time is anytime!

Hey, we feed our roadies very well, thank you very much! And I make some of

the meanest (define that as with a kick) wine coolers in the world! AND, we

have a ton of excellent beers. Don't know about vegan but that would be

your responsibility!
