Now if he stole my food and I was flooded out, then I would be pissed off, and it would probably lead me to spend ages trying to find food for my family. I wouldnt be pleased. would naturally share what we had if we had enough to go round, but this type of person would probably pull a gun and rob me as soon as I offered it anyway! Now people who are up to their arses in water, stealing electrical appliances ? whats that all about? they are obviously opportunists who are not hungry yet.....
