Guest guest
I don't particularly like freud, but he said something like too many sunny days is hell. last year we had four consecutive months with no rain. the town over(st.petersburg) is in the guiness book of records as having the most sunny days in a row. The sun can be just overwhelming, I cannot go out without sunscreen, people here don't plant trees(have not idea why) but I suspect it's their obsesion with perfect lawn. by the way, I went to wales, today, and england and paris. all in my pajamas. I downloded something this morning called google earth. it's really interesting. it's a globe of the earth and you can go anywhere you want to. walk down the streets of manhattan. visit your friends house. some places look clearer than others, according to how many pictures. you can get an areal view or rotate. now theres no excuse for me not knowing geography. , " Peter " <metalscarab@g...> wrote: > > Hi Peter > > > Just how far from England is Wales exactly? > > What is the weather like in England? Guest guest
wow, that sounds like a drought, poor plants. I heard on the radio today, that theres supposed to be a hurricane heading my way, not sure since they said they didn't know where it was going. I got my tv out of the closet and then my two year old broke the rabbit ear antenna and couldn,t get it to work & *! oh well. I will listen to the radio tomorrrow and see what they say if anything. I have been reading like a madwoman on benjamin franklin for a twenty minute oral presentation due next week, (ansel plays on the floor with me beside him and my book) my theme will be " benjamin franklins many Gods " I hate public speaking and am feeling stressed out about it. they say it never rains in california, isn't that a song? -- In , fraggle <EBbrewpunx@e...> wrote: > > until the freak showers we had on saturday, i don't think we've had rain since march...well..april at the latest... > > > Anouk Sickler <zurumato@e...> > Oct 18, 2005 4:10 PM > > weather in wales > > I don't particularly like freud, > but he said something like > too many sunny days is hell. Guest guest
Thank you for the cnn link, I like their videos. their reporting from waht I can tell seems somewhat fair. I wonder if they are republican or liberal media. from the map, it seems that hurracaine seems to be possibly heading to my area, but it's too soon to tell. most possibly the towns below me which would be venice, 15 minutes away or naples 25 minutes away. I live about 5 minutes from the beach of the gulf. my husband and I are not too worried, because we think that it will calm down by the time it gets here. possibly even turn into a tropical shower. the people I worry about are some elderly folks in trailer parks. those are the ones that usually have it the worst. and since there are many little islands, of course those people should evacuate too. it's funny, today was a beautiful day, not an omen around frogs are talking, the moon, yes the same one you see her silent communication, she nodded I smiled I wanted to be alone with her remove the houses her solid guidance, our connection grandmother share your wisdom let down your silver hair shine on me your million year secrets she is my witness , " Lynda " <lurine@s...> wrote: > > This just came through: > > -- Forecasters say Hurricane Wilma is now an " extremely dangerous " Category > 4 hurricane, with top sustained winds of 150 mph. > > Watch CNN or log on to http://CNN.com and watch FREE video. > More Americans watch CNN.
