For years I relied on nothing more than soya milk which had it added, and the occaisional breakfast cereal. Nowadays I take a vitamin suppliment devised and sold by the Vegan Society ( UK)

That's also what I do now. In the past I'd boost up on sublingual methylcobalamine every now and again, as well as regular fortified stuff like yeast extract and soyamilk. I underestimated B12 requirements for my first 10 or so years and took a while identifying the problem.

Cheers

Here is the problem for me. I am making most everything from home from

scratch. So almost no B12. This puts my health at risk.

Maybe I need to buy fortified something and also consider Vitamin

Suppliments with B12 in it.

HI Vijay

I suggest you buy a supplement - you can get just B12.
