New Book

Just home with a new Vegetarian cook book from the thrift store. Paid

$1.50 for it and it looks brand new. Must have been donated by a book

store. Looking at a 'spiced lentils with spinach recipe' and it looks

fantastic. I will try it and post if it is good. Another recipe

for 'hot and sour noodles' . Oh my gosh! Way too much fun. LOL

Brought home today, some organic heirloom tomatoes from the Farmer's

Mkt. So I'm having pasta and tomatoes for lunch.

Make a rewarding peaceful day

Re: New Book

The name of the book is " Easy Meals Vegetarian " Parragon Publishing

in the UK. Just checking the 'Roasted pumpkin tomato soup recipe'. I

will make this soup in Oct. when the pumpkins are harvested. The

recipe looks delicious. Very nice book because it has both metric

and US measurements.
