Summer Berry Smoothie

 

To get a jump start on busy mornings, refrigerate

these smoothie ingredients

in the blender pitcher the night before. All you have

to do in the morning

is blend them!

3 POINTS PER SERVING

 

Prep Time: 5 minutes

 

4 oz (115g) silken or soft tofu

1/2 cup fat-free milk or you could sun with rice or

soy milk

1 cup strawberries, hulled

1/2 cup blueberries

 

1. Blend ingredients in blender.

 

Number of servings: 1

POINTS per serving: 3

 

Nutritional profile per serving: Calories 187.9, Total

fat 4.0g, Saturated

fat 0.6g, Cholesterol 2.2mg, Sodium 74.2mg,

Carbohydrate 29.5g, Fiber 5.4g,
