Even if you become vegetarian you would have to know what to eat and what to avoid, dairy? eggs? How many calories a day? I wish you all the luck and good healthy in the world. Avoiding meat, dairy and eggs would certainly be a step in the right direction. Guest guest
I think you need to make another appointment with your doctor and go in with a list of questions written down(so you don't forget them), so all of this can be clarified fully for you. They should have given you a diet sheet to follow. I've worked with several doctors over the years and we had a lot of different diet sheets that we gave out to the patients, depending on their medical situation. You'll definitely can't go wrong with a vegetarian diet, as long as it contains a variety of good healthy food and not junk foods. However there may even be foods within the vegetarian diet that are off limits to you depending on your medications and medical issues, so it is VERY IMPORTANT to nail him down with specific answers for you. As for the clothes, thrift stores and goodwill stores have some very good clothes for very little money. Many times they still have tags on the clothes and have never been worn. Check with your pharmist for drug companies that offer free med's to patients in different finacial brackets. They will be able to give you the information to get set up. Also if you have a Kroger Grocery store in your area, they are offering a huge list of prescription medications for FREE with a prescription for it from a doctor. I think it is the same list of medications that Wal-Mart and Target Pharmacies are offering for $4. Anyway, I wouldn't tary with your decisions. Life is much to precious.
