My daughter-in-law gave birth to our first grandson August 1. On

September 15, she returns to work. I want to prepare some meals for

her adjustment to this new hectic lifestyle. Can anyone suggest some

vegetarian meals that freeze well? Thanks, Doris

I get mega menu plans from a site called savingdinner.com. Last month

I assembled 16 low carb freezer meals in one day. Her way of doing it is

different from the other once a month cooking plans. You slice, dice &

assemble everything & freeze it. Then you thaw out the precut assembled

items & begin cooking. I've tried it when you precook the meal & then freeze

it & I didn't like it.

They have a vegetarian plan & I bought it but haven't made anything yet. I

love the printable shopping list most of all, lol! And to let someone else

plan the menu isn't so bad either. I'm getting lazy in my old age, lol!
