In a small bowl or measuring cup combine the red wine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, black pepper and basil; stir with a whisk. Drizzle over tomato mixture, tossing gently to coat. But next time I'm going to toss in a couple of handfuls of minced mint and parsley, some crumbled feta, and chopped kalamata olives. Oh, yeah, some red pepper flakes!!!
