Welcome, Lori!

There are TONS of vegan appetizers available. I've got a potluck next

Monday and I'm doing a vegan Mediterranean platter--baba ganouj (garlicky

eggplant puree), hummus (chickpeas and tahini), muhammara (pureed roasted

red peppers) and maybe some grape leaves if I have time!

Let me know if you want recipes for any of those.

Hi Katy,I'd love the recipes. lol One can never have too many recipes. I've heard of that baba ganouj before. Would you serve it with tortilla chips? I was munching on some sesame tortilla chips last night on the way home from choir and they tasted really really good. Thanks!Lori>Kathryn Carpman

I posted 3 of them, I will try to post the rest later when I get a

chance to write them. (the ones missing are the baked samosas which

I highly recommend, and the tamales). The tamales are a bit of

work, and i would suggest practicing a bit before making them for

the real event.
