Well, since 90% of the recipes I post are developed by me, there won't be any

nutritional information. I'm lucky if I remember to get the ingredients

right never mind the rest of that stuff. <grin>

Nutritional Information

Hi all

I promised that I would summerise the chart I had for nutritional

information. I am concerned though that I would be in breach of

copyright if I presented the whole chart.

I have therefore, put a link in the links section (where else?!) to Liz

Cooks website who is the lady who made the chart. You can then purchase

the chart if you wish. She does others as well which might be of

interest.

If anyone has specific questions (such as the B12) I will of course let

you know what my chart says, but feel it is unethical to provide the

whole thing.

Sorry if I have let you down a little. Hope the link is useful

nonetheless. You will find it under Liz Cook Charts.

Fantastic - written by the same person, that's great.

By the way, sorry my posts are so late. It seems that a large proportion of

this group are in the US which means while most of you are chatting happily, I'm

sleeping! That's the beauty of being able to chat like this though!

Love to you all from a bleary eyed Mum from the UK!
