It is in the Mexican files, but here is a repost of it.

Enjoy,

Judy

Haystacks ( very quick delicious meal in 5 minutes)

1 bag of Corn Chips

1 lg. can of Bush Chili Beans or make your own

Sour Cream

Grated Cheese

Chopped onions

Sliced Olives

Chopped Lettuce

Chopped Tomatoes

Chopped Green Peppers

Heat the Beans. You can either keep the Salad type ingredients separate or

mix them together like a salad( I do this). We line up the Haystack ingredients

in the order that you put them on your plate. We then let everyone make their

own haystack when they are ready to eat. Do it in this order. Put some

Corn Chips your plate first. The put some hot beans over them. Then the

grated cheese(being next over the hot beans helps it to melt/soften some),

sour cream and the salad type toppings. Add salsa if you like.

Yes it is like a taco salad, but with hot beans and you don't have unusable

leftovers. With the Haystacks, if all the seperate ingredients aren't eaten,

you can just refrigerate all the left overs, in seperate containers, except for

cornchips that you just twist tie.

Enjoy,

Judy
