sure it's good and hot and firm it up,

this is what I was going to do, after I scrape off most of the garlicky

ricotta. With a nice salad, its lunch!

Amy heat your pizza up on a cookie sheet to get it to

firm up and put on a place with spaghetti sauce and

cut and eat or you can do this, heat in the over make

sure it's good and hot and firm it up, cut in small

squares and toss with a salad and a little Italian

dressing. I've made use out of soggy leftover pizza

many times.

Enjoy!

Driving that train, high on SUGARCANE,

Casey jones is ready, watch your speed.

Trouble ahead, trouble behind,

And you know that notion just crossed my mind.

This old engine makes it on time,

Leaves central station bout a quarter to nine,

Hits river junction at seventeen to,

At a quarter to ten you know its travlin again.

Oh it will work. Enjoy! Add some toasted nuts or and

croutons. Jazz that puppy up! You can always run

lettuce or cabbage through the food processor for a

wonderful fine grate.

Could you use the garlicky ricotta for twice-stuffed baked potatoes?

Peace,

Diane
