Guest guest
I make bread with them. When I make bread I use 1/2 whole wheat flour, 1/4 spelt and 1/4 kamut. It makes a lighter, but very high in nutrition bread. I use the regular whole wheat recipe. I have some raising right now and it makes my hungry. Guest guest
I grind my grain into flour and then use it in the bread. I don't have any receipies that use the grain as whole grain. I imagine it would be simular to cooking wheat berries and eating them that way. I think I will stick to making bread with them. Katie Beth Renzetti <elmothree2000 wrote: the flours or the grains?
