Guest guest
Hi: I just joined this group and want to introduce myself. I've been a vegetarian since 1974 and am looking forward to exchanging recipes and ideas with all on this group. Many of the recipes I love and use are " old-school " from the 70s and 80s when there weren't so many " convenience " foods for vegetarians. If anyone is interested, I'd be happy to share some of my favorites. I'm also curious about who " iowa-classic " is that posted the cheesy pasta recipe. Where in Iowa are you? I'm in Mt. Vernon, Iowa. Thanks for letting me be part of this group. Catherine ______________________________\ ____ Catch up on fall's hot new shows on TV. Guest guest
Welcome Catherine. I for one would love to see some of your " old school " recipies. I don't use most of the convenience foods I used to live outside of Ames, Iowa in a town called Napier. I love Mt Vernon, but love Alaska more. Guest guest
Yes please Catherine, I for one would love to see as many of your tnt recipes as you care to share - I love old school recipes, and can't wait to see some of yours. Welcome to the group by the way. I am Carolyn from Liverpool England, vegetarian for over 15 years, and a true " recipeholic " , particularly for tried and true recipes, and anything " old fashioned " that does not use convenience foods.
