I had some raw patty pan squash today as a side. Hadn't had it before. It was good. Guest guest
What I eat raw is brocolli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, celery and stuff like that. I make a lunch of it. I will eat a whole head of cauliflower with a cup of green tea, and that is lunch. Other days it will be carrot sticks and celery sticks. I just wash them and eat them. Katie Fussy? Opinionated? Guest guest
You know, I don't call myself a raw foodist, but by goodness, I eat mostly raw foods. :-) For me, it's salads and smoothies. I know that raw foodists can be very creative with spiral slicing veggies and topping with raw tomato sauce, or making raw nut pie shells filled with fruit slices, or dehydrating crackers or breads, and so on, but I haven't ever gone there. It does sound intriguing though! Sharon
