Guest guest
Does anyone have a recipe for blueberry muffins using dried blueberries? Or know how many oz of dried would equal a cup of fresh berries? I ran across some on sale, and thought that would be a good way to use them. Thanks! Guest guest
if you find a recipe using dried cranberries, just substitute. i might cut back on sugar because blueberries are sweeter than cranberries. not sure how much dried would equal fresh - 1/2 dried = 1c fresh? don't forget that fresh berries add moisture that dried berries won't. turtle_mf <michfellows wrote: Does anyone have a recipe for blueberry muffins using dried blueberries?
