Guest guest
Greeting all! For breakfast we do green smoothies or if you are not into " green " breakfast drinks - and can't do wheat (wheat allergies, and lots of people are allergic to wheat and don't even know it...) as in cream of wheat or whole wheat breads - try Arrowhead Mills Organic " Rice and Shine " - contains 4% Iron per 1/4c serving - I eat 1/2 a cup serving and get 8% of my iron intake for the day in one sitting at breakfast. Also, remember big leafy green salads, or Brown rice and Nori for lunch and dinner - with lots of fresh spinach and walnuts thrown in... namaste' doc , " lovemym8 " <lovemym8 wrote: > > Anyone have any ideas on getting more iron?
