Product Review - Crusty Semolina Bread from Fresh Market

I wanted to let you know about a bread that we love that Fresh Market(a

chain store) http://www.freshmarket.com/ makes in their bakery. It is

the Semolina Bread, that is loaded with sesame seeds on its crispy crust.

This very flavorful bread is just outstanding for sandwiches and

panini's........ The bread sells out as quick as they put it out, so I

have to call ahead and ask them to hold me some, for days when I will be in

the city that has a Fresh Market Store. YUMMMMMM. Picked up 3 loaves

today and will freeze 2 to keep it fresh until the first one is finished.

Got Panini's in the works for tomorrow........

 

We had a couple of panini sandwiches there today that they made. I'll have

to post the recipe for those tomorrow, as I am heading to bed.........

And there is one in Lexington and 2 in Cincinnati, so when I go to the big

cities, I will have to look them up. Thanks, Judy.
