Yogurt Chutney Sauce

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1 tablespoon mango chutney

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

 

 

 

 

Combine ingredients in a small bowl.

Makes about 1/2 cup

ACTIVE TIME: 5 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

EASE OF PREPARATION: Easy

ChupaNote: this is a favorite of ours. Double or

triple it and use as a marinade, a salad dressing, a

dip, thin with a little ice water for a summer soup,

dress a bowl of beans and rice. Of course it needs red

pepper flakes to taste!
