Tangy Radish Dressing

Tangy Radish Dressing

 

10 red radishes

1 clove garlic

1 1/4 cups mayo

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tbsp. white vinegar

1 tbsp. water

 

Wash radishes; dry well and trim. In food processor,

process radishes until finely ground. With motor

running, drop in garlic clove through feed tube.

Scrape down sides of bowl (be sure to turn off

machine). Add mayo, sour cream, vinegar and water;

process until well combined and smooth.

Store covered in fridge up to 3 days. Yields 2 cups.

I bet it would be a good pretzel, veggie or chip dip. Also a good spread for

sandwiches... Sounds great and must have a peppery bite with those radishes. I

can't wait to try this.
