Guest guest
Hi Whitney ~ Glad Weight Watchers is going good for you! I also weigh in on Saturdays. I've lost 21.4 pounds so far. With many more to go, but I'm happy with the progress and the changes we've made to our eating habits (my partner is also doing WW although she only has a little to lose). Good luck with your goal! Sorry about your mother. Cindi Whitney <wskater wrote: Hi all Sorry I've been so quiet, things just have been hectic here...not so much more than usual, but I've been really easily distracted lately. So Weight Watchers is going alright, I lost 1.5 last week, and hoping for some kind of loss this week I do my weigh ins on Saturdays. I'm sorry to say I've been doing mass deletes from groups . Anyway, I just wanted to check in & see how everyone was doing, and I'm really trying to get my rear in gear..I made a goal to lose 30 lbs by Cinco de Mayo. I am flying to Boston on May 10th, and don't want to go at this weight if that makes any sense. This will be my first trip home since my mother passed away and I know I gained lots of weight since then. ~*~Whitney~*~ Feminism is the radical notion that women are people. . Yes, I'm still pregnant... 39 weeks actually... due on Sunday! =) Anyway... i don't know if this means anything at all... but I have two loaves of high protein whole wheat bread rising, I'm in the process of making pumpkin oat muffins (2 dozen) and I intend to make a big pot of lentil soup, a pot of chili and mashed taters, with seitan and mushroom gravy... hmmmm I'm either crazy .... or in 'getting ready' mode! =) time will tell..... anyway, she said there are a lot of new moms on here now... I " ve been pretty lax about being part of the group, even though I do pop in occasionally... this has been my healthiest pregnancy (My other kids are 9 & 11 yo!!!) I was vegetarian through those pregnancies, and am now vegan, and have been for over 6 years... =) happy cooking everyone! =) jenni (currently in DC, moving to Portland, Oregan in a couple of months!)
