Guest guest
Monday my 17 year old daughter was diagnosed with non-diabetees type hypoglycemia. She is supposed to eat around every three hours to prevent low blood sugar. Does anyone have suggestions for snacks that have protein or complex carbohydrates that she could carry in her purse? Guest guest
You might also in a pinch pick up some of the glucose tablets that they have at drug stores for diabetics. They are usually in a plastic tube, a bit bigger than mints for size and are perfect for emergencies when your sugar drops. Dennis -- I am using the free version of SPAMfighter for private users. Not that I've been diagnosed with anything, but I feel better eating this way. -Erin http://www.vegandonelight.com
