Guest guest Posted September 19, 2007 Report Share Posted September 19, 2007 Just printed the white bean supper soup....if you pardon the pun, there is a lot to digest in reading all of these recipes....there are so many recipes and things we have not been exposed to...my first thought is that the white bean soup is a start...things like a bowl of brown rice, salsa, beans suit our taste...we are looking forward to many new things...right now, we still eat fish...sorry, I know this probably isn't cool...we are in our early 50's, in shape, never ate fried foods, but just eliminated all meat last month.... a big step for us...maybe we'll take the last step soon...R & G Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: Congrats!
