This recipe is good though so give it a try since we need to eat our grains. Millet and Herbs (rice cooker) 1/2 cup millet 2 cups veg. broth 3 tbls butter or marg divided 2 tsps of your favorite mixed herbs (dried) Melt 2 tbls butter in rice cooker, stir in the millet and saute for a few mins., add herbs and broth and let cook. When done stir in balance of butter, shut the lid and let millet steam in off position for 10 minutes before serving. I like this with slivered almonds or hemp seeds on top. Well, Ive got to run to keep from hiding, And I'm bound to keep on riding. And I've got one more silver dollar, But Im not gonna let them catch me, no, Not gonna let em catch the midnight rider.
