Guest guest Posted September 24, 2007 Report Share Posted September 24, 2007 Roasted Rutabaga and Carrots 10 ounces rutabaga, julienned 6 ounces carrots, julienned 2 teaspoons grated ginger 1 teaspoon olive oil salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
