I went to the web site and it looks to me like this show is still on. The link is http://www.christinacooks.com . I have several of her cookbooks and they are good. This cooking show taught me a lot about cooking without animal products and she has a very positive energy about her that I like. In the past we have had Christina Cooks on PBS and also Mollie Katzen. I have really enjoyed all of these programs. She is so knowledgeable! I just recently found out that she teaches cooking at Temple University which is about 10 minutes from me. Gosh, I would LOVE to take her course! There are different vegetarian cooking shows shows on each week. On Wednesdays they repeat the 3ABN Today show 4 times, so you don't miss it.. It is almost always cooking on Wednesday and I see tomorrow it is also. You can watch online if you don't have this station on your TV. It is an hour long program. Tomorrow it will be on at 1a.m. - 8a.m.- 3p.m. and 9p.m. CST. The cooking theme will be A little taste of Asia Vegetarian cooking. But I think it was on PBS, a show that was on a few years back, my Grandma used to watch it, a show that was about vegetarian cooking. She wasn't even a vegetarian but enjoyed the show. She's vegan...and her recipes look fabulous! She has at least two cookbooks that I know of...and I really like her second one that is more Mediterranean based....which is just called Christina cooks. There's a show on organic living on Discovery Health. Not everything is vegetarian/vegan (though most of the cooking segments are)...but there is lots of information about how to live more *green*. The show is called Living Fresh.
