Guest guest
Hmmm... there are so many. Well, dill weed is by far my favorite. I'm also a huge fan of rosemary. I like sage, cinnamon, nutmeg, basil, garlic (does garlic count as an herb?), thyme, onion (onion doesn't count as an herb, does it?), even oregano is small doses. Oh... there are so many more. If I think of them, I'll write again. Oh, yes, there is an Arabic herb/spice that I really like... I'm not sure of the name... very good with sauteed greens. It starts with a " z. " Zarzar? Something like that. What really is the difference between a spice and an herb? I'm not quite sure of the distinction. Guest guest
I like Cardamom - thanks to lilacflower, love garlic, cinnamon, salt (I know not technically a spice), thats all I can think of at the moment.. We have to stay away from Most of the spices with hi sodium content as my hubby has high blood pressure so I only cook with out spices unless he says he wants something different. Guest guest
Well, I love virtually every herb or spice, and I even think asafetida (which, as my granddaddy would have said, " has a smell to it " ) has its applications. Can't answer definitively, sorry! :-) Blessed be, Jayelle
