Re: Braggs and Vegemite

Oh wow, thanks Judy. I have not had it in the 10 years I have been

back in California, but I have a craving for it, must be the B

vitamins? The stuff is actually really healthy (but watch the salt)

and I agree with Donna, it is an acquired taste. But then again, so

is Peanut butter. Most europeans find peanut butter very weird.

The Braggs is a watery though, so won't be like your vegemite,

which is a spread. Braggs is so good though on many things.

I buy the Sovex spread at the Adventist book centers. You are so right, a

little goes a very long ways with it. My kids and husband can't stand it and

ask me how I can eat it. LOL " More for me then " , I say. Smile.

Yes it is weird that anyone doesn't enjoy nut butters of any kind. All so good.

It is now called Savorex spread, instead of Sovex. Worthington/loma linda foods

makes it. I forgot the name changed slightly. I just had a slice of Whole

wheat toast with a tiny bit spread on it and noticed the name........ sorry I

had forgotten about that.
