Sharon,

Last weekend was so busy and I missed sending you some suggestions for using

that can of Fri-chik you were wanting ideas of what to make with it. Sorry.

Here are some of my favorties that I have in the recipe files here. Look

for my name with them to make sure it is the one I'm talking about.

" Chicken " Noodle Potato Soup - In soups files

Vegetable Pot Pie - and the Calico Fri-Chik Quiche - both in the Quiches,

frittatas, vegetable or bean pies , tortas and tarts recipe files

Chop Suey - in the Asian Files

" Chicken " Holiday Wreath, " Chicken " Loaf, Fri-Chik Dressing, Fried

Vegetarian " Chicken " , Indian Vegetarian " Chicken " Curry, and Vegetarian

" Chicken " and Rice Casserole - all in the

Substitutes for meat , fish & dairy...all non-meat patties > Not-chicken Not

Turkey recipe files

I make " Chicken " Salad out of it too. I squeeze out the 5 FriChik pieces

out of the can. Add to a food process and briefly run it, using the bottom

blade to shredd it. Add some about 1/4 c. of Veganaise and 1/4 cream

cheese. Mix together in the food processor with the FriChik. Take out and

stir in some finely diced onion and celery.

You can adjust the Veganaise to make as a spread for sandwiches and crackers

or a little less to form a " chicken " ball to serve on a platter with sturdy

crackers.

I hope this helps you Sharon. We love Fri-Chik. I have so many more

things I use this in. I need to post them too, but these are some of our

favorites.

Judy
