Get any box of brownie mix, chocolate cake mix, or devil's food cake mix (just look for one with the least fat if you're intersted in that sort of thing) Pour into a bowl Add a 15oz can of pure pumpkin (not the pie mix!) Mix well - add NOTHING else at all. Bake according to the box's directions minus 5 minutes They come out fudgey. I even added pumpkin pie spice to the top of them before I ate them.
