Guest guest
I don't know life any other way. I sleep so little. I wouldn't know what 8 hrs sleep feels like. Guest guest
I run on about 5 hours of sleep per night every night. If I sleep any longer, I am very sluggish!! Guest guest
I feel like I'm in a brain fog and weary when I don't get at least 7 hours of sleep at night, but the older I get the more insomnia seems to be an issue for me and my hubby. I'm glad you are able to function with so little sleep. I'm such a night owl and so is my husband, but unfortunately the alarm has to go off at 5:30 every morning for him to get ready and I fix his breakfast and lunch to take with him. Guest guest
I am somebody that could use 8 hours of sleep and would love to get it. I get up at 5:00 AM during the week and I just can't squeeze in 8 hours. This week on Monday night I had an hour and half and then went to work as I spend 4 hours in the emergency room with my husband after they admitted him I wend home got there at 5 and was trying to decide if I should sleep a little or just stay up. I slept in my clothes so I wouldn't be to comfortable so I would wake up and go to work for a little while before going back to the hospital. You would think hospital cafeteria food would be healthier. Guest guest
I agree about hospital food. Last Monday I had cataract surgery in the hospital. Of course I couldn't eat for 16 hours before the surgery and I was hungry. I told them that the first thing I wanted to see when I came out of the operating room was lunch. I told them specifically I am vegetarian. They brought me a steak sandwhich on white bread and a cup of jello. I am having the other eye done tomorrow and am taking my own lunch. Everything in the hospital cafeteria is fried or sugar coated. Even the salads have meat in them. Those people, of all people, should know better.
