These stores are worldwide and will ship it to you, if you don't live close to one. Just call them. The Bakon Yeast has a nice smoky flavor. I love to use it in beans. www.adventistbookcenter.com They don't list their health food items on their website, but if you call them they will tell you what they have and will be glad to drop it in the mail. Also if you click on Store Locator on the side bar, it will give you store locations. It is well worth the trip to one of these stores. They have frozen, canned,refrigerated and dried & shelf vegetarian products. I buy stuff there by the case but you can buy individual items. Take a large cooler with you if you go, so you can buy frozen things you might want. I love the dinner roast, the vegetarian meat substitute slices, prosage and tons more that are frozen, so I always take mine. You do, however have to order enough to make it worth their while. There are lots of co-ops that order monthly from Azure. Here in Anchorage we have co-ops that order, but we do have to pay shipping from the Seattle area, It is still cheaper and much better quality and selection than what we can get locally.
