Vegetarian Epicure cookbook Tina cheesecake

Oh my we love the cheesecake, I better dig my cookbooks out too. I

have hung onto them for all these years. Some cookbooks come and go

but I won't part with these. Now I'm going to find a used copy of the

Tassajara Cookbook, anyone else like this book????

I learned to bake bread from the Tassajara bread book, not sure if

they are related. I no longer own it but I still follow their basic

procedures.
