Tassajara Cookbook by Espe Brown

Look at the price of this one

I wonder what mine is worth. I have the first edition

printed in 1973 and it's not this cover, has the old

original burlap colored cover, book is in near perfect

condition. I also have the revied edition printed in

2000 and I have the Bread Book. Also favorites of

mine.

I have the revised edition, never able to find an inexpensive used

copy of the first edition.

It is a very handy cookbook. I use it often.

That is an extraordinary price, Donna - I have those two books from

the mid-70s with the old brown covers. Love those books and the ethos

behind them.
