Guest guest
Yes, it is late, but remember they decided that starting this year, the clocks would go ahead earlier and back later. I don't remember when they went forward, but it was earlier than before. I swear, if I win the lottery some day, I'm moving to Hawaii, where they don't observe DST!!!! Guest guest
Yes, I wish it was sooner. I am waiting for daylight everyday to ride my bike to work, it is so much safer at 6:30 than at 7 am! I will have to tough it out until the 4th I guess....well the 5th (Monday). , Beth Renzetti <elmothree2000 wrote: > > i just saw this...i think nov 4. isn't that late?? > > paul v <paulvatoloco wrote: You guys are so smart and always help me. > Does any one know when we change the clocks back? Guest guest
We started DST on March 11th this year. Personally, being in Alaska, where day light is short for 8 months a year, I love it. Midday is actually at 2pm here in Anchorage. Other places further west is is different. It makes it dark when most people are asleep and more day light while people are awake.
