Guest guest Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 Baked Tapatillas - Mexican 6 fresh corn tortillas 1 cup refried beans 1 cup mashed avocados 1 cup red or green salsa 1 cup fresh lettuce, sliced very thin 1 cup tomatoes, seeded and chopped Layer the refried beans, mashed avocados, and salsa on the tortillas.
