Katie,

I hope your eye surgery goes well for you tomorrow and good luck with not

getting hungry or thirsty. Good idea to take your lunch, so you know you have

something yummy to eat right away.

Re: Judy insomnia

I agree about hospital food. Last Monday I had cataract surgery in the

hospital. Of course I couldn't eat for 16 hours before the surgery and I was

hungry. I told them that the first thing I wanted to see when I came out of the

operating room was lunch. I told them specifically I am vegetarian. They brought

me a steak sandwhich on white bread and a cup of jello.

I am having the other eye done tomorrow and am taking my own lunch.

Thanks, Judy. I appreciate your kind wishes. I have my lunch all

packed and ready to go.

It will be easier knowing I have something I want to eat right after

I gt out.

Thank you. Seems to be going OK. It is still early morning here, so it hasn't

even been 24 hours yet. I will see the md for 20 hour check up in about an

hour.

I was kind of scared early evening yesterday when I couldn't see anything but

grey in that eye, but by last night I couldI see a bit and it is better now than

then.
