Guest guest
What is everyone's favourite dinner? if you have one. I don't know if I have a favourite because I fancy different things at different times. I think possibly mine is the lentil hotpot with mashed potatoe (I love potato). I do fancy roast potatoes sometimes, and then I like the Redwood roast with roast potatoes and vegetables etc. Jo

Guest guest
Hi, I have a favourite dinner when I first learn how to cook it, then I cook it too often and go off it. After that it is never my favourite but I will do it every few weeks. I think my first favourite, in my student days, was baked potatoes woth various toppings. Then I went mad on sweet n sour tomatoes. Then Lentil soup. Then cauliflower cheese with toasted sunflower seeds. Then I got heavily into making curries and stir fries. Then oven roasted root veggies with pineapple. Then I invented a dish which involves sauteed onion, carrot and celery with pesto and rice. Right now I love a dish with veggies in a Kreamy Kheesy sause with pasta. My favourite dinner for in a hurry is pasta with frozen peas and sweetcorn and Zest Vegan Pesto.

Guest guest
Like many other people, it is too hard to just pick one! :-) My comfort foods are (somewhat stereotypically) pizza, pasta and mashed potatoes (not all in the same meal of course!!!) I also love making 9and eating) chickpea curry and naan bread. If it is followed by chocolate cake so much the better... Alex :-) On 13/11/05, jo <jo.heartwork wrote: > What is everyone's favourite dinner? if you have one. I don't know if I > have a favourite because I fancy different things at different times.
