I'm out in the countryside - between two little villages. It doesn't snow

much here nowadays (global warming I suppose). When I was young we would

get a couple of snowfalls every winter - probably about 8 inches deep. Now

we are lucky if it snows at all, and the deepest it seems to be is about an

inch - and gone in a day. It is sad, as I love snow.

Peter has some good memories of playing in the snow:-)

LOL - we had to scrape the ice off the car this morning, but it's not

been slippery underfoot yet.

Don't need no politician

Tell me things I ought to be

Neither no optician

Tell me what I ought to see

No one tells you nothing

Even when you know they know

They tell you what you should be

They don't like to see you grow

it is the same here.

in the 80's in the daytime and then like 55 at nights.

sometime in january it gets cool but by february the water is warm

again to swim.

I am going over to visit my mom in nyc next week and I am dreading the

cold. I have become spoilt by warm weather!
