The sun is shining in the trees - at last winter has arrived :-) BB Jo

Guest guest
I'm out in the countryside - between two little villages. It doesn't snow much here nowadays (global warming I suppose). When I was young we would get a couple of snowfalls every winter - probably about 8 inches deep. Now we are lucky if it snows at all, and the deepest it seems to be is about an inch - and gone in a day. It is sad, as I love snow. Peter has some good memories of playing in the snow:-) Jo - " Anouk Sickler " <zurumato Thursday, November 17, 2005 8:04 PM Re: Winter > Does it snow in your town? > or is it too warm. > > , " heartwerk " <jo.heartwork@g...> wrote: > > > > There has been a beautiful full Moon the last few nights, and this > > morning there is a sharp frost. Guest guest
it is the same here. in the 80's in the daytime and then like 55 at nights. sometime in january it gets cool but by february the water is warm again to swim. I am going over to visit my mom in nyc next week and I am dreading the cold. I have become spoilt by warm weather! , fraggle <EBbrewpunx@e...> wrote: > > we had three days in the 80's F last week... > it about 70F today > nites only get down to about..eh...50F here i'd say.... > you can keep winter, thanx! > > fraggle >
