Viva, Animal Aid, the Vegan Society, and others do information leaflets. Join a vegan organisation. The UK's Vegan Society is good. There is also Vegan Views, which is a newsletter you can download off the net. If you need moral support, hang out at vegan places on the internet, and see if there is a local vegan group, for face to face support. Vegans can also be found in wholefood co-ops and stores, so join or patronise one if you have one nearby. It will make a difference to the type of food stuffs we can recommend, and web sites we can recomend. We will help all we can, welcome aboard....
