Hi Fraggle

OK, so if the nazis bought an *end* to a rise in vegetarianism, how does

this support the suggestion that Hitler claimed to be vegetarian for reasons

of popularity?????

hitler also claimed to be a firm believer in God and the x-tian faith..yet they

the persecuted the x-tian church as well, including a horde of jehovah's

witnesses

while at the same time perporting to be a lover of the x-tian faith, they

happily set about pushin the old nordic/teutonic myths and reincorporating them

into german society.......

i never said it made sense when you look at it from the outside...

facts are..goebels propaganda machine made it out that hitler was vegetarian..it

came him an ascetic quality...at the same time they squashed vegetarian

societies

today...Bush celebrates himself as a rancher and champion of the small

farmer...yet all their policies have the exact opposite effect, and work to

crush small family farms

OK - I've only read secondary sources on this. Could you point me in the

direction of the original documents which show this to be the case - the

*actual* press releases from the Nazi party, or internal communiques,

perhaps? That's really the only way to actually conclude that these are

*facts* rather than someone's opinion.
