She is also a patron on the International Vegetarian Union: www.ivu.org/members/patrons.html Pic and info here: http://www.ivu.org/congress/wvc77/vsuk.html Lots of sites on her in another language... She is in a ton of Vegan Views articles online in PDF format. I just googled her to find this stuff. Nothing really big tho that I can see on her.
