We went to the Riverside Vegetaria again today and I had felafel with

hummous and salad, with garlic toast for starter, followed by

Caribbean casserole with rice and salad - and cappacino.

Mmmmmmmmm...........

Hi Nikki

It was yummy. There were sweet potatoes, courgettes, pineapple, mango (I

think) cooked in a rum sauce.

yesterday was

veggie chow mein

fried imperial rolls

spring rolls

brocoli and tofu with garlic/blackbean sauce

thousand layer eggplant with tofu clay pot

@ golden lotus in oakland...

fer lunch

then dinner we had

leek soup with green beans

vegan pizza

@ felinni's in berkeley

rebecca won $200 so was feelin generous...

of course..in the meantime, i put my leg thru a broken plate glass window

always something....

What God had done for peace on earth, what man destroyed from day of birth

They are concerned with feelings; they're just ashamed to cry

And one mans plan to push the button makes other sacrifice

The serenade is dead and now the only question's why?

sounds good, sorry bout your leg.

I had a bad chinese experience the other day.

we ate at " Shangri-La " in my town and

all of us got a stomache and headache.

I then called them on the phone and told them.

they said, it could be the MSG and that " some people have alergic

reaction " and that next time " we do it special for you " and that

they would not add msg, the next time.

we shoulda checked foist.

I'm sorry to hear this. I avoid msg as it is not very healthy,

especially if you have highish blood pressure.
