besides....i still have my crutches lying around from 2004 when i broke my leg

You sound as though you have all the gear? I have visions of big copper vats in the basement, and a Fraggle tapping thermostats!, and rows of demijons/jars/bottles/jugsetc.....a one man regular micro brewery. heck..don't even have a basement!

 

just have some large stainless steel pots, a ton of carboys (glass containers like those that u see fer water coolers), kegs, and of course all the fiddly bits(bottle cappers, fermentator locks, thermometers, hydrometers, etc) peter hurd Jan 5, 2006 1:43 PM Re: Re: Eating Out

How much can you make at a time? A gallon?, two gallons? 2 weeks.....
